Arrived at the Hyatt after a 7.5 hr roadtrip and pulled into the valet parking in front of the hotel lobby. Neither one of the attendants offered to get us a baggage cart let alone assist us with our luggage. Get to the front desk to check in & we asked for a room with a view of the Arch. Front desk clerk put us in the furthest room from the elevator all the way at the end of the hall even after I explained I had difficulty walking long distances. We got our view of the Arch allright: half of it as we ended up in a corner room. Room didnt have a microwave as listing indicated it would. Beds were overly firm. No individual toiletries. Hyatt has a 3-pk of no-name generic-no-ingredients-listed shampoo, conditioner & body wash mounted to the shower wall that are refilled when depleted. The hair dryer provided was a safety hazard as the minute I tried to use it, it fell apart exposing the wiring components. The hotel offered no breakfast and basically all the amenities you would expect to find in this hotel, no longer exist. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper and dirt in the fans. Only basic cable. No premium channels afforded to guests. Save your money and stay st the Holiday Inn. Their rooms are spacious, clean, have toiletries and hand appliances that dont fall apart
