Get remainder emails but when I scheduled online asked them to call me to talk about some questions. No response ...
You advertise complimentary service. Don't even get car washed after paying 60 bucks for service??. That's sad. Don't advertise If you don't do complimentary service. Lady at the service desk says when I asked her to use 3 dollar coupon..tells me that "next time you need to tell me before I do billing"

After using Autohaus of peoria , really could see the difference In customer service and basic complimentary service hope to get better service next time.

Second experience. ..bad experience again.
Gave the guy 5 dollar coupon for oil change. Didn't say a word at the time of check-in. Come back after service and says, well the coupon had both oil change and brake so, we will split it 2.50. i asked could you not applied the one on your website. He said what website.

I said "come on man Bob Lindsay website" he said you are upset. Damm right .its not about 2.50..its your attitude that is wrong. Calls the managers and of course the manager supports the guy with a positive calm note.

Learn about everything that happened before you support your people.

You don't know what coupons are on your website??. The lady next to him supports him. Marketing team is not telling you ?? Are you kidding me. I know you are trying to get every buck from people but please show some common sense. A simple sorry would have gone a long way. .... I didn't care about 2.50. It's more about attitude that made me wrote the review again.

The guy who took the car for service had an attitude. I almost thought of writing the name of the person who serviced my car...

The person who owns this place should at least teach these guys some customer service techniques. Learn from other places guys. Having a fancy waiting room , snacks doesn't make people happy. It's the attitude customers.

Please work towards making customer service more important.
