The company is very smart to take easy money from the population.
2021 and there are still bizarre bureaucracies to ride the bus.
If you lose your card, cry.
They do not have easy access refill stations.
The Transurc Smart app works fine, but the disclosure that they make of the balance available on the card in 30 minutes is false.
In all the times that I did it made available the balance in more than 1 hour. Because of that, I already had a few squeezes inside the bus.
