The ER security is god awful. I walked up to a younger white man with black hair to check out one of my family members today and he gave me lip when I asked. He was confused like hes never done this before. He sent me down the hall to speak to another person. When my family member got out they got into a heated argument with that security man. The security man cussed and treated my family member like a dog. How can anyone feel safe leaving a loved one in the hands of someone with no compassion? How can a hospital allow their staff to speak that way to people needing help? I wish I had his name. He refused to give it out, he knows hes shameful. It really hurt me and my family. We walked out crying because my family member had issues with This man the entire time he stayed there. This is a hospital, not a jail. Get it together. Others beware that in a hard time of a sick loved one, security will not show any remorse.
