Terrible experience. Booked online, pictures looked amazing, had a pretty high customer rating and 5 stars. When we arrived the room we were given was very outdated, dirty walls, mouldy showers, disgusting towels. This was at most 3 stars, not 5 stars like stated. After complaining we were told that the east wing were our room was is due for renovation and is about to be closed, but they kept using the rooms in case no one complained. We were forced to pay extra to get a better room (in a west wing). The pool is alright, but again, the photos made it look 100 times better to what it was. Oh, there's also a construction site right next door, so dont expect the pool to be a relaxing environment.
