Through Nift I got to try 305 Fitness. Great energy, the instructor taught with passion and spread the good vibes. Also loved the fun decor with colored lights and mirrors :) I'm a terrible dancer with no body coordination whatsoever, and I felt perfectly at ease taking the class, getting an awesome workout from it!
