This company doesn't deserve any stars, not even one. Their website looks nice and fancy but they are inefficient and irresponsible when dealing with customers. I bought a chair from them that, after a year and a half, had to be sent away for a repair; they claimed they organised a pick-up for me, but then in the last moment emailed to tell me the pick-up wasn't going to happen; it also turned out that they had forgotten to attach the required documents to the box they had sent me (the box itself was delivered late despite what we agreed - no explanations offered). It also turned out that the fault of the chair was described inaccurately in the sheet of instructions to be sent to the repairs team - that's after I had described the fault in detail in a series of emails. I have no idea why all this is happening and they were not able to give me any explanations. I wish I never bought anything from them and would advise people to choose a different company if they could - dealing with this one has brought me only frustration.

Response to Posturite's reply - Thank you for your reply. I wouldn't have felt so frustrated about this whole process, had it been the first time my case was handled inefficiently. When I first bought my chair from you and had to change the back rest, I experienced exactly the same problems. It looks like you haven't been able to improve your customer service despite the feedback I left you a year and a half ago. Also, I'd imagine it's worth informing the delivery company of customers' FULL address - I just had the delivery guy phoning me to tell me you hadn't provided him with my flat number, just my street number. Also, it is not enough to mention the weight of the box contents. I'd also think it's worth informing the delivery company that the box that you provided and they are about to collect is TOO BIG to be handled down stairs by one person! Since you haven't mentioned this to the delivery company, the delivery man couldn't collect my chair and requested from his company to send two men. So again, I'm stuck waiting for the delivery men to come back, hopefully later today. And it's of course not the delivery company's fault - I have already warned your colleague who packed the chair for me that this could happen but my warning seems to have been ignored. These are very simple things that, I'd would have imagined, a company of your size and reputation should be able to anticipate. So far, my experience shows that this hasn't been possible - you need to seriously rethink why you service is so inefficient.
