Here's why I like Motorcars Honda service: the people. Adam Henton in service greets me, answers my questions, delivers bad news gently (when necessary), and helps me make a good decision. Brian Zent, sales manager, is an outstanding individual. He makes me feel welcome and I got to hear about the cool expansion that he's excited about. The parts guys behind the window are always friendly and helpful. I'm really not there all that often, but it feels good to be recognized and to be taken care of.

And of course the service my vehicles receive is top-notch. My '05 CR-V needed a timing chain, which is a major job - they were able to do it in less than 24 hours. In the meantime they supplied a great rental which was super convenient. I definitely recommend Motorcars Honda and will be back.
