Staff are very friendly and helpful, they really make the stay pleasant 5/5. The restaurant is lacking in variety especially if you don't eat meat 2/5. Rooms are okay, but in need of refurbishment some have a damp smell perhaps due to the air-conditioning, even small changes like better shower heads would improve the experience and not cost a lot 3/5. Location is great if you have to work in Port Louis 5/5. The internet is pretty bad, slow or just stops working until you reconnect your WiFi 2/5.
