Usually my experience with NDR has been super positive, up until this past week they would've been 5 stars (at the least 4.5 stars), but I'm a little disappointed after this last phone call...
I kept telling the NDR Rep on the phone that I currently wasn't in a position to talk and copy down information, at the very least make any big decisions. Yet, she kept insisting on getting me to agree and follow along and spitting out numbers and dates at me, and I had no calendar in front of me, let alone a piece of paper and pen to jot down notes..
I was put on hold for a very long time and it was making me run behind to a meeting I was about to go into. And after the phone call (the 1st one) was completed, so I thought... I got another call from the same rep about 6 min later because she had missed some pretty crucial information that I should've known.
On top of this one bad experience with this individual, I've suddenly lost a little faith in the whole system of it all. A majority of our conversation was basically asking me for more money and additional payments, which goes against the reason why I'm a client of theirs in the first place .. some big ridiculous numbers were thrown out at me (and again, I wasn't properly prepared to take all that info at once)
When simply my call should've been to just accept or decline the agreement they had reached on my behalf. Overall, I'm really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I've been shown since becoming an NDR client. However, this last phone call with one of their reps has me questioning still being there and wether or not I would recommend them to anyone else ....
