Second visit took 4.5 hours! On April 4th went back to get an oil change, 60K check and check engine light. I had an 8:30 appt and it took over an hour for them to pull my car in. They came back and gave me the bad news that they had to change out some wires and that I needed 2 new tires. They got the best price they could on the tires, electrical problem fixed but did not leave Nally until 1:00 pm and they did not even wash my car even though they said they would. This time the failed me. Preveous review: Nally has me on a phone list and calls me when it is time for me to get the car serviced. I like this and I made an appointment. They got me right in when I arrived. I did have to wait a few minutes for them to say hello and check me in. The guys computer kept locking up so it did take about 10 minutes to check me in but he was doing the best he could. I came in for a check up, oil change and rotation. He was trying to tell me to get an alignment, balance as well. So I asked him once he got the car up on the hoist to let me see why he thinks that would be a good idea. He took me over to the mechanic and showed me the tire wear and unfortunately I had 2 tires that needed to be changed. So they told me what the price would be and then waited for me while a priced tires online on my phone and their price was within a few $s of area competitors. He did whatever he could to bring the total cost down. I had to wait 2 hours for everything to be done but the waiting room was nice and clean and had wifi and tv. They did wash my car but it was raining so my he told me I could come back and get another wash on a sunny day. The only improvement I would ask is that when I go get an oil change at other places they clean the inside windows and vacum. They did not do that. Overall, I was happy with the service.
