I bought a thinkpad on Oct 6 2020. It came incorrectly configured, no camera. Customer service is supposedly sending me a replacement, they sent emails with the order nrs, return shipment nrs and the labels. They have never shipped the computer, is is now Nov 11, 2020. I have called customer service numerous times and all I ever get is "I will reach out to shipping", and I should hear something within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing ever happens.
