After paying 200 euros to take the IELTS test, I'm...

After paying 200 euros to take the IELTS test, I'm still waiting for my official results. I have been waiting for three months and sending emails / calling, I am promised that the results will be sent during the day, and nothing happens !! it's intolerable. This blocks my applications !! the administrative process is very poorly managed
