I bought a 2011 impala with extended warranty and ...

I bought a 2011 impala with extended warranty and its started to give me problems. I exercised my rights with warranty. for three consecutive times that I've taking my car out for service for the same issue, each time I was given the run around.one excuse was theres only transmission tech. in the building and that I would have to come back another day.overal just poor customer service.
