This has been the worst customer service I've ever...
This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I have tried on numerous occasions to have Service manager James Nix help me resolve this issue.. I've requested to speak with the company President/Ceo Mike Giaccone but I haven't had any luck reaching him.. hopefully he will see this review & contact me. I purchased a treadmill & stationary bike from Academy Sports back in Dec. 2018 I was scheduled for a delivery & assembly on Jan.4, 2019 between 10am - 2pm no one showed up or called me. I called cust. at 2:15pm they said the tech was running late & they would have to reschedule me for another day. After complaining about waiting all day they sent the tech he didn't arrive till 3:15pm & didn't finish till 6:05pm.The tech backed his truck into my basketball goal & bent the goal post... I called cust. service & reported the incident & sent pictures.. about 2 weeks later they reimbursed my delivery & assembly payment & said they would replace my basketball goal.. this happened Jan. 4,2019 & today is May 13, 2019 they have been giving me the runaround since Jan. to replace my basketball goal that their tech damaged! They don't return my calls or text messages their voicemails are always full & they very rarely answer when I call. I'm beginning for someone to help me resolve this issue!! Thanks!
