I arrived at a time when business was moving at all cylinders. As a customer service professional, I am not the one to come to a meeting an hour earlier than what was scheduled, but I was ready to buy a car and needed a test drive to make my decision. Enter Tony Chen, who was able to accommodate my request with a smile and never once pressured me during our encounter.
