Just got married at the Odysea aquarium and had caketini do our wedding cake. We requested penguin wedding toppers to be put on our cake because we had two penguins in our wedding. The day of the wedding I call to make sure everything was ready to go. Find out they did not make our cake toppers for the wedding. They told me they didnt have a record of it even though I saw the woman taking our cake order write it down on their cake form right in front of me. I had to pay an extra $120 for their mistake. The bride was not happy! They barelly managed to get the cake toppers done before the wedding but I will never do business with caketini ever again.
