This was the best car buying experience I've had. Staff is honest and helpful. The service department is very professional, showing you everything they found and asking your permission before they charge anything. They also gave me a free oil change even though I didn't have the original coupon. They really honor their word here and care about their customers. Purchasing and servicing a car CAN be this good, you just have to go to Mike Shaw. Thanks for everything guys.
