I stayed in Sofitel for 4 nights indeed everything was perfect .. the service , the food , the warm welcome , the staff , the cleanliness . I liked all the staff & I mention them by name .. the chief Salah , Ayman , Hayam , hatem .. more than great . With all my love.fidaa hiraki . Room 209
