We haven t had insurance through them for multiple years then all of a sudden a representative dressed in extra casual attire knocks on my door at 715pm asking to talk to head of household. The head is not home because they work, so I take the message. I take name and number and the gentleman furthers to carry on with his remarks about his various attempts to get in contact with us and then makes a wide claim that brings me to write this review. He clearly set a awful representation of the company. We will never, ever, do business with such a shameful company that shows no regard to any human decency. It s just awful that in such a short conversation with this gentleman I see that this company s ethic and standards are non existent. I greatly encourage any onlookers to greatly invest time in searching for an adequate insurance company for there have been numerous wrongs that this company has done to us on the farm and this was the last straw. UPDATE: it is not appropriate for a representative to stop near a former client s house at 900pm. No one likes to be stalked out.
