Celebrated my grandmother's birthday like all year...

Celebrated my grandmother's birthday like all years unfortunately this year was very bad. Cold food did not taste at all and you had to get the service yourself for drinks. I don't call that good services ... hope this will change if not, not next time. (Heard from several guests)
