I recently purchased a certified used car from this dealer. It was a pleasant experience. the salesman (Luke Evans) was knowledgeable and pleasant. no hard sell. I made an informed reasonable offer and it was accepted with no posturing or hard sell good guy bad guy stuff. The only time i saw the manager was to accept my offer and thank me for the business. the next day I had a small service item which they took care of immediately ( on a saturday morning) the service manager, Toni, was very helpful. i would send a friend to this dealer
