This place is seriously the worst auto auction I have ever dealt with. I have won auctions via online to find out their system did not register even though their system told me that I had won the listed vehicle! Next morning thinking I was going to pick up the vehicle I had won there was nothing to be found. When I asked to look at the log, they said they would get back to me and never did. So, not only did their software fail their staff neglected to come back to me with an answer. Please be aware of their online auction. Long story short, avoid this place at all cost.....
