Leaving a one star review because I can t leave a zero star one. We placed an order for a fridge looking for a delivery. On the day that was agreed they ended up not being able to do it. We only found out because we called them. They never returned a phone call and each time they said they d call us, they didn t. Charlotte was the customer services person we spoke to. I ve never witnessed such unprofessionalism from someone before. She was patronising and unhelpful. We ended up cancelling the entire order. If you re looking for a company that offers friendly service, id avoid these.
