I see why this office has a review of a 2...I called Jen at the 16th circuit court, she should not be working in the office with the public.. I called for help and Jen not only was rude but straight lied through the whole conversation till the end. After she told the truth she transfers me to her boss Danisha who hangs up on me... Why are we paying there bills.. We could go through a machine and get more help... People need help but scared to go get it because of people like this... Why doesn't the government do something about this office.. They are there for the pay check that our taxes pay...
