Building Management, 1 STAR: Parking is VERY limited for the COE employees, and is ~$110-130 per month once you're off the waitlist, which takes months or in my case years! Without parking, this is a high risk safety hazard. Nearly everyday lately employees are being either attacked or confronted by the homeless that loiter in front of 7-11 and our building entrance. Yes, our security officers patrol and do a great job responding, but that hasn't prevented the attacks. If you can defend yourself or acquire parking with magic whispers to the building management, you'll enjoy the building's downtown location. Oh, also be advised the the building has had bed bugs this year for several month, and elevators fail and trap folks in, twice today - hence this update.
