Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I don t believe I have ever left a negative review, but it is warranted for this company. I had found an ad on their website for a LTC position, 36 hours per week, and inquired about it. I did receive a call back, but knew almost immediately that Brittany was being dishonest. I asked if they had any 12 hour shifts available, and she said they did not. When I brought up their ad, she said it was a mistake. Funny thing...they had SEVERAL ads for positions at the same facility each advertising different shifts/hours. When I told her that I was suspicious of what she was telling me, she became very snarky and said, It was a mistake. Don t you ever make a mistake? When I told her that yes, I do make mistakes but that these advertisements are, or should be, proofread many times over, she got very upset. I m thinking that maybe the agency gets more money for filling a 3-11, 40 hr/wk position? Also, they won t give you any information on pay until after you ve submitted references, resume , and have an interview. Now why would I, or any other nurse, want to invest time in doing all of these things, only to find out that the pay rate is not competitive??? By the end of the conversation, she basically hung up on me. Clearly, she could not handle the fact that I wasn t gullible enough to believe her.
