I have been working in a company similar to TMF Group - Sofia for a few years now and I must say that the experience has been great. The company provides a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and learn. The management is approachable and always willing to listen. The only downside for me is the long working hours, but overall, I would rate the company positively.
