After I brought one our vehicles in for a recall, I received the expected call from a service writer stating that the cabin air filter needed to be changed and that the coolant needed to be flushed(among other things). I changed the cabin air filter two weeks prior and less than two months ago I changed a coolant line which resulted in draining/replacing the coolant. The level in the expansion/overflow tank was checked the evening before the appointment and it was correct and the coolant looked as if it had just been replaced(clean). Obviously sales oriented without regard to actual need for the work to be accomplished or the expense to the customer.
