An employee of Cyberworks destroyed my computer during a repair, however the owner ended up making things right by purchasing a new computer for me. This is why I gave a 4 out of 5.

Lesson learned:
As with anything, it's important that you do your research prior to servicing your technology so that you can avoid potential problems. It's also very important that you DO NOT store your files on your hard drive. Make sure that you store your files in the cloud so that you don't lose anything if your computer, phone, etc. is broken.

I want to thank the owner for making things right by replacing my computer.
