Absolutely a joke had my tv repaired took 2 weeks in the shop my tv arrived back scratched and marked told to send pictures i did on the 22 of October I chased it up today told today yes it looks a mess colour it in with a marker to will make it look better nothing they can do becouse it works i pay money for this I have never claimed I got the tv in 2016
