Worst car buying experience of ALL TIME! If you are able to buy from any other dealership I would recommend you do so. I love KIA and I love my new car but the sales experience and all follow up experience was so terrible I almost lost all hope and for a time regretted buying my car from KIA all together. To go through all my terrible experiences with Kia West edmonton would be way too long of a review but I'll just say - STAY AWAY! This slimey place will do nothing for you if you need any after-sales care. They are beyond rude and have no respect for their clients who need to be cared for after they have their money! Specifically the General Manager and Aaron (who sold me my car) were amongst the rudest and least professional of any people I have ever dealt with in any customer service experience.
