My experience for a new Reflection Grand Design Trailer, 2018 has many defects that have come about and not been addressed by service department. I had my trailer delivered by their contractor and he backed up into a post at the RV lot and damaged the back left end. This has not been repaired and the issue is ongoing. Further the stabilizer one front side would not deploy. The awnings were not properly installed so have to manually assist to put down and they twist the canopy when going up due to uneven installation. The fridge light went out and now just runs on gas, until I can get this repaired. It seems one thing after another, the mobile service guy came out last Friday and just adjusted the stabilizer, nothing further. overall it appears sales are the push but customer satisfaction and service are lacking. The damage to the back end the Mobile RV repair service indicated he could not get the looks back to the original appearance when I bought the trailer. overall not very pleased with Voyager RV for a dealership and customer service. To me my worse fear has come true its all nicety for sale once you pay for the trailer you are in your own for service and followup.
