always in search of a great Italian sub. I was really looking forward to trying Papa Jay's. The sub had all the right components except the ham...you just don't use smoked ham on an Italian sub because of the smoked genoa. It's 2 different smoked tastes and do not compliment each other...change to cooked ham and we will purchase again.
