I was pleased with every aspect of my installation from PSS that was in their control.
For those that don't know, the L&I and PSE side of things is VERY slow (at least on my project) and not something Puget Sound Solar can control.
I gathered multiple bids on my project and went with my gut based on my industry experience and some things I noted about each contractor. They were cost competitive, coming in second most affordable. They were able to communicate clearly with me to meet my needs of a multi-phased project. I had a 5 week contract-to-install time which is unheard of in my experience at the height of summer. The crew that came out was very professional and I got to chat with them a bit as I kept them hydrated during a rather warm set of PNW summer days.
Quality of work is top notch. Expectations were met and exceeded.
Everything is still chugging along one year in as I ready myself for phase II with PSS.

I did recommend to a friend and unfortunately they did not proceed for a few reasons that I understand but so far I keep my trust in PSS.
