Brady Nursery Review

I did not have a positive experience here. I went on a Saturday and I know they are busy on this day. I could not find anyone to answer my questions and when I asked for some coconut liner to be cut, the woman behind the counter told me to look at the preformed ones. When I told her I did, she got annoyed. Then when checking out I bought topsoil and after I paid, I was trying to ask where to get it and the same woman waved me off. I also wanted to know what options of soil I could get and I wasnt given a chance to ask. I will not be going here again.

Nice place to shop. They have numerous shrubs, trees, perennials and annuals to color your yard.

They are very helpful to information .I love this place.

Kevin was nice and helpful at the nursery. However they had issues ringing up the purchase correctly which was frustrating. Had to correct the transaction and I had to bring it up, they didn't catch their error. When they came to install trees, they were planted at an angle and so far it has been difficult to get someone to call is back to replant the tree so it grows straight. Considering how much they charge just to plant the tree I would expect it to be done right the first time.

We ve been buying trees from Brady Nursery for over 30 years and are very pleased with the services and products we have received from the Brady family and staff. We enjoy showing off our Brady trees some of which we transplanted when we moved. As all trees and plants in the ever changing Kansas climate you do need to water them during the dryer winters we ve had lately.

I have been coming to Brady Nursery since we moved into our new home a year ago. I have found that they are filled with employees who are more than willing to help, are knowledgeable and if they don't know they will find out or get you to the person who knows more about "trees" or "ground covers" so you can really have the best answers. These are the most recent plants I picked up from there, as you can see they are thriving and really brighten up my home.

They are always helpful when I am at the store. When I recently purchased two large trees and had them deliver and plant them, their workers did a wonderful job. Careful, courteous, and quality work. I have had bad experiences with other landscapers, but I definitely recommend Brady and will use them again.

My favorite garden center and the owners are there working with everyone else.

Wonderful service. The staff is so knowledge about their plants and products. You can count on the quality of their plants, bushes and trees - they thrive and do beautifully if you care for them properly! Have been a customer for years. You might spend a little more, but well worth it!

Bought a clump River Birch from Brady in 2013, and it has slowly had die-back each year, and no growth. This year (2018) it appears this tree will have to be pulled. From what I've since read, buying established taller/older clump River Birches from nurseries is usually a bad idea. Of course, they didn't tell us that there was a risk with bigger trees...which cost a lot more $$.

Shopping at Brady's is always a fun experience & there's times when I "accidentally" buy more than what I had planned Bill was SUPER helpful a few years back in walking me through on how to replant our front yard & now, maintaining it. Kathy always greets me with a smile and is always very helpful with my questions. It's clear that she has shared her wealth of knowledge with her staff because I have yet to have someone unable to answer questions about the plants I buy. Highly reccomend Brady's and will continue to beautify my yard with their plants!

Great local plant nursery with a good selection of cacti and succulents.

Bought a tree from them, had them plant the tree. It did not make it through the winter. They have all the information, the work order ect but we could not find the receipt. Even though they have it all on file they would not replace the tree that was suppose to have a year warranty. $300 plus labor and they did not replace, they even told us it was on file but we could not find our copy so they won't honor replacement. Won't buy there any more.

Great customer service and great advice on planting garden and tree care

I have used Brady's for almost 20 years. The quality of plants and trees are by far superior to your Home depot, Walmart, Lowe's, etc, and are priced competitive with them also. Through the times we are going through right now I would also have to give them an A+ on their customer service and how organized they are at getting everyone checked out as quickly as possible. I would hope if you have not used them you would give them a try and i am sure you will not be let down and turn into a reoccurring customer.

The staff at Brady Nursery are extremely knowledgeable and were able to not only assist us with our dwarf alberta spruces, but also gave us insight in our soil mixture and care to ensure the best results for our raised beds...

Brady staff members ( inside the store as well as outside) are highly knowledgeable as well as warm and welcoming. Love even just browsing through all they offer. It is well worth finding your way to them!

Landscaped our 5 acres with majority of the products coming from this place! Majority of the products are established thriving. Can be busy at times with little help around, but that cab be expected during peak seasons.

Plants are nice but very expensive. Selection runs out quickly, return policy is not very good

The only trees that have survived and are thriving in our yard are our Brady trees. Anytime we have an issue with anything outside we bring it to them and figure out what to do. Very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful. I would recommend having them plant your trees as they have a guarantee if they do it and it s a small price to pay for getting a good healthy tree that will grow and last for years to come.

Just had Brady plant a large Maple for me. They did a 5 Star job. I have bought, and had them plant many Trees for me and they always do a great job and the Trees are always healthy

Brady is my favorite nursery. Their variety and quality of house plants is unbeatable. I moved to Hawaii from Wichita thinking it would be easier to find inexpensive tropical plants. I have searched high and low in stores and online and haven t been able to find some of my favorite finds from this nursery. Who would ve thought Kansas had a better selection! I definitely miss this place
