EDIT: Upon checking my receipt, I see that I will be charged over $10 for just one hour if I return the vehicle at the time for which the staff member told me "the price will be the same." I specifically asked if there was an hour grace period, and she said "yes." With the extra facility charge ($5 charged for an entire day even though it's just an hour), and percentage taxes, that's about $20. I feel that she lied to me to move the line along, which completely changes my previously positive experience. 5 stars reduced to 3.

Multiple staff asked if I needed directions to the highway, which was helpful. They seemed genuinely happy with their jobs and had positive and humorous outlooks. Today made me appreciate how this Enterprise location must treat their employees and seriously consider using them for all my future rentals to the area.
