Very beautiful but the person at the reception too...

Very beautiful but the person at the reception took us high pcq we were dressed in relaxed t-shirt and that our origin was that of a small town of Nicaragua called Tipitapa which is very poor. I was accompanied by my brother-in-law and his wife from Tipitapa both ..... I wanted to invite them to the Pelican since we were passing by San Juan del Sur .... Alas ... It was very arrogant to the Spanish method (not Nica!) .... It was only when I released my visa and my Canadian citizenship card that there 'he became much more polite in his attitude and respectful ..... .I found this little shabby merry-go-round and without any good way .... It ruined my stay. The staff were Nicaraguan and very kind to us ... he didn't seem Nica. The "American" breakfast was much less good than that offered by Nica .... In short, a beautiful place but which judges by appearances and which seems to judge people very quickly. When you have customers always be polite and respectful ..... do not trust the appearance ..... I will not go back .... there are such beautiful places elsewhere. An employee like this has no place.
