I attended the Presentation Skills workshop recently and thought it was brilliant. The morning covered everything from controlling nerves via breathing exercises to how to best lay out information to get it across to an audience. After some practise video presentations, we focused on particular skills and recieved tailored instruction on how to improve our own performances. The instructor was clear and helpful, with obvious enthusiasm for what she was teaching. Great experience.
