I came in for an oil change and it took almost two...

I came in for an oil change and it took almost two hours! Got there at 7:30 and was told a few cars in front of me. Four bays were open for oil changes! Very very disappointed in time it took. I asked did it get missed or what? No reply!!

Suggestion service those waiting on car first and then bring others in on one bay!!
