I bought a new home and the AC wasn't working. I had a home warranty that gave me the run around, not to mention I was on hold FOREVER. They sent someone from a company I will not name, he opened up my closet and said - I don't work on these & explained that the door had to be removed, the unit had to be taken out, yadda, yadda, yadda & left. My neighbor told me to call Roth. Roth answered their phone immediately, and the lady that answered was so nice. She scheduled me a day out. I was never on hold with Roth. She actually called me back the same day to say a technician was just finishing up near me and could head over to my place. Jeremy showed up and was very knowledgeable. He explained the many reasons this particular unit could not be performing well. Then he worked his magic and viola! My unit has been performing nicely. My home is nice in cool in this 90 degree weather. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTH AS THEIR SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! THANK YOU ROTH!
