Have never experienced SUCH incompetency. It's only a matter of time before this company goes out of business. I sold tickets here and haven't gotten paid.They stated they paid out to my phone number. My phone number isn't my venmo. My venmo is listed in my Seatgeek account and they still paid the wrong one. I suspect they simply keep your money. It's absolute theft at this point. Their business practices is disgusting and illegal!
