Our 2019 Lenovo Ideapad 81XH laptop stopped workin...

Our 2019 Lenovo Ideapad 81XH laptop stopped working a few weeks prior to their 1 Year warranty expiration, luckily. We sent it back to Lenovo for repair on Oct 23/20 to Houston, TX. They have had it since Oct 27/20. I have called 3 times with no luck getting an update, even messaged them on Facebook. They always promise to get back with an update but never following up. The last call, all they would tell me was the system is down at the repair center . Just read comments on their Facebook page and you ll see what I mean. Worst customer service ever. Last call was Nov 21/20 and still no answers. I filed a complaint with BBB.
