I have a JF Builder home that s only a few years old. While the home looks nice, over the years, I ve come to realize that the quality of craftsmanship and materials leaves a lot to be desired. I d also share that the management team there is difficult to deal with. Make sure that you inspect everything very carefully as I later found items that were out of code.
