A program that seems to be very poorly run by the administrators of the said programs in complicity with the state of Mali, which has been showing us ever since the advent of this democracy its budgetivorous nature which stipulates that if you are ever called to the business of the 'State and you empty-handed, this implies a curse some. It is a pity for the country, to have such a translation of the management of the public money.
I prefer the presence of the missionaries of the program of lunicef rather than this program remains under the control of the elite of Mali, because they do not stop putting us in the total abyss and the height is that lunicef is even absent in Mali, finally that this project is under the diligence of the Malian elite. It is a great house of tax evasion of our leaders. Red alert, lunicef will do better to intervene because despair instead of the hope that this program wanted to transmit in our countries that are in need, unfortunately this is not the case.
