Pros: BART & AMTRAK stations right next door & BART parking lot. Cheap seats still good view of monster truck show. Can see security most places.

Cons: Parking $40, no restrooms outside stadium security checkpoint, can only enter thru gates matching your ticket seat regardless how long line is.
