We've been to this hospital over the years and have had some bad experiences, and some just okay. My husband had an emergency this past week, going through the ER and into ICU. The people, from ER, ICU, doctors, nurses, techs, Covid screeners, heck even the billing people -- from top to bottom -- everyone has been professional, skilled, caring and very forthcoming. As for the facilities - when they needed a test, a machine was right there with a friendly person attending it. So thankful and happy the squad took us there. Hubby didn't like the food much, but that's not their fault. I can say the stir-fry from the dining room was pretty good! Thank you Bergan staff. ** (two more stars)
