Just got charged $400 for a $99 promotional offer that we couldn t make it to. Apparently when you don t show up, they charge full fare. Beware, there s a level of callousness I ve never experienced anywhere before in my life. Don t count on customer service or support, you ll get no sympathy. #greed #criminal
