Booked a room for one night and everything looked ...

Booked a room for one night and everything looked nice, but I was not allowed to check in because some juice was supposedly spilled. When asked which juice this was, I was turned away and left in the dark.
PS: In retrospect it came out that O (oo) rang juice was spilled.
