I normally don t write reviews but I have to do a review to rate this company. This company by far is the worst company/electricity company that I have ever worked with, their customer service is horrible. I made payment arrangements online and my electricity was cut off. I called and they advised since I did not speak with a customer service representative to set up the payment arrangement that it was cut off and I would have to pay $60 for a disconnect in a reconnect fee. The representative who provided this information was extremely rude. I advise the representative I don t understand why there is an option to set up payment arrangements if the electricity is still going to be cut off he stated well I m not sure that s not my concern?!?! The rate is low but the additional fees they charge are ridiculous. My bill for the first month was $167 now my bills are almost $400 I don t understand why and they really can t explain or don t care to explain. They are money hungry and not willing to work with you they don t even care to hear what you have to say. You may as well go with a real electricity company provider. I really wish I would not have went with this company it s one of the worst decisions I ve made and have to stay with them since I m in a 12 month contract. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
